The downtown design plan isn't real estate. It onlt deals with the public property - the streets, sidewalks, bikeways, and hopefully a new park on Division Street.

Anyone planning to add more discussion points- seems to only be fewer than a dozen who show up at public hearings but will this renew downtown Pawtucket?

Reminder that those expecting to use Pleasant Street for downtown access will need to find alternate routes as Division St to Jenks Place is closed for the next 3 years for Bridge Construction
