MDG80,

The homeowners of Lone Oak Park (there is no E on any of the official paperwork) voted to pursue the lawsuit.  The HOA just won a summary judgement against the developers.  Alot of your misguided information about the lawsuit should be directed towards the developers and builders of Lone Oak Park not the HOA.  Until the HOA votes to suspend the lawsuit it will probably move forward.  Do you even know why we started the lawsuit? It was in response to fellow homeowners complaints they were being flooded because of the easement.  Damage was being done to our homes and everyone felt the developer was supposed to fix the easement.  The developer declined any wrongdoing so we proceeded to file a lawsuit after the HOA voted for it.

The developer promised to come and regrade the easement to facilitate proper drainage which he never did.  You probably didn't live here then so to say you have sufficient knowledge to critique other peoples mistakes is ignorant.  To be confident in your knowledge when it is inappropriate and misinformed makes you look pompus.

Please get in contact with the board if you really want to make a difference in our neighborhood.  If not then stop posting your opinion until you have sufficient information to make it credible.
