The neighborhood that we now call "home" was once made up of two dairy farms, one owned by Tom and Delores Watson and the other by Tom's parents Merle and Grace Watson. Delores still calls this home, her beautiful white farm house is located just West of our entrance on 63rd street. In 1993, the Watson's sold the farms to Land Innovators who, along with RN Thompson developed the property into Watson Farms. Our neighborhood consists of 327 homes built primarily by M/I Homes and Trinity Homes, 5 ponds, two entrances and a wonderful heated pool and bath house. The homeowners took control of the neighborhood association in April 1999. The Board of Watson Farms Homeowner Association, Inc., a not for profit organization, is made up of 7 members elected by the homeowners. This is YOUR neighborhood, please show your pride in it by being involved and help keep it a clean and safe place to raise a family.
