Overview of Wayanda

Wayanda Civic Association has been in existence for over 20 years. The Association got it’s name from the Wayanda Indians that occupied the Queens Village area. Our purpose is to assist and inform community residents to be effective advocate for positive change and awareness. Our goals are to make positive changes on quality of life situations. We are closely affiliated with 105th pct. Council, Community Board #13, School Board #29 and elected officials within districts.
