www.ready.gov it has all the info you will need to form your survival kits, the second amendment clearly states we as Americans have the right to bear arms,As a Congresswoman for ''We the People Congress'', I strongly suggest you exercize that right.

yes, there is a difference..

The citizen Militia is considered the unorganized Militia, while the National guard is the organized militia,Federal law (10 USC section 311a, b1-2) clearly distinguishes between the organized and unorganized Militia, it reads in part..
1. The organized Militia which consists of National Guard and Naval Militia and
2.the unorganized Militia, which consists of the members of the Militia who are not members of the National guard or the Naval Militia.
