Wendelkin-Driskell is an area that as seen hard times. Once the home of the rich Jewish elite of Dallas in the early 1900s, suffered the economic hardship that is related to white flight. Down on its luck, the neighborhood stills boasts many stately older homes just waiting to be restored to their former glories. Recently, many investors have started looking at this area as the next to be gentrified. Only good things lay ahead for us.
