To help preserve, strengthen, and enrich the homes and lives of the HOMEOWNERS in the Westbury Village Community, by providing helpful information and inspiration
Hello Homeowners:
It’s the beginning of a new fiscal year for the
Westbury Village Homeowners Association. As such this is my first “Note” to the homeowners of
Westbury Village. As President I would like to thank you for allowing me to assume the role of President.
Last years Board Members did an outstanding job for our community. As you all know,
the Board is not compensated and the members
have many responsibilities outside of the
Association. So thank you to all for their
participation last year. Their research and dedication has given us the freshly painted fence and the trimming of the hedges to the entryway amongst the cutting of the tall grass surrounding our community... Thank you to all.Westbury Village is a deed-restricted community. We are governed by legal documents established at the
time that this subdivision was developed (Articles of Incorporation, Deed Restrictions/Covenants, and By-Laws
It’s important to understand the
restrictions outlined in the legal documents
noted in our Deed Restrictions.
If you do not have a copy of these important
documents, please let myself, or any of the Board
members know and we will be happy to forward an
email link where you can find these and print them for your records.
