Homeowner’s Assessment Dues

FINAL NOTICE to HOMEOWNERS

December 27, 2007
Dear Homeowners:

For those of you that have not paid your dues, the annual assessments dues for 2007 shall be due and payable by JANUARY 31ST 2008. The Association has mailed several notices informing Home Owners’ of the amount of the assessment ($120.00 annually).

If any installment of the 2007 Annual Assessment Dues are not paid by JANUARY 31ST 2008. The Association will begin the process of placing liens and will employ an attorney to collect the past due balance. The Owner will be responsible for the payment of and will be assessed any costs and attorney’s fees incurred by the Association to collect past due balance. (Please see Deed Restrictions -Article IV, Sec. 1 - 9 – CONVENANT FOR MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENTS).

Home Owners’ (Renters) must furnish the Association with an address and/or telephone number where the owners of the property can be contacted otherwise; all notices shall be sent to the property address and the Owners shall be responsible for the information contained therein.

No Owners will be excused of the obligation to pay the assessment.

The resolution is duly adopted by the Board Members this 25th day of December 2007.
