Westglen Woods - a Great Place to Raise a Family

Westglen Woods Subdivision is located in West St. Louis County. Proximity to local schools, ideally located at the midpoint between I-40/64 and I-44, and one mile off of the Manchester Road shopping corridor, Westglen Woods is a prime place to live.

Our subdivision was built by J.E. Jones Construction Company beginning in the late 1960's and completed in the early 1970's. Our subdivision occupies approximately 140 acres and contains 500 homes along streets that are beautifully outlined with overhanging trees. Each street is paralleled with sidewalks that are provided with ample shade. Our subdivision is a few short blocks from Holy Infant School and Catholic Church and is adjacent to Woerther Elementary, which is within the award winning Rockwood School district.

We have the luxury of being a very short walk from the 12.8 acre Pointe Recreation Complex. The city of Ballwin describes the Pointe as offering “the widest range of activities.” “Adult and Youth programs from sports to social and creative activities are available. Fitness Programs include aerobic classes, aquatic programs in the indoor pool and court activities on the multipurpose hardwood floor courts.” Additionally we are next to New Ballwin Park. The seven plus acre area offers a stocked pond, two tennis courts, and walking trails. To top it off we have our own park with playground, basketball court, ball field and woods.

About our association

Trustee Meeting

Your trustees meet on a monthly basis. The trustees are subdivision homeowners that volunteer their time to the subdivision. They do not receive any payment for thier work as trustees. During each meeting they perform all of the business of the subdivision including the review all information received from homeowners.

Again, thank you! Your participation will help us to improve our neighborhood. A reminder to send in your name and address along with your questions, comments, and concerns.

Your subdivision dues at work

Westglen Woods has a yearly dues amount that is paid into City and Village ($60). Our dues allow the subdivision to maintain:
* Front Entrance with two landscaped islands.
* Common Ground between Twigwood and Towerwood, complete with a wonderful grassy area and plenty of towering trees.
* A beautiful park - complete with a baseball field, basketball court, playground equipment, walking/bike path to the South Pointe Recreation Complex, and a large wooded area.
* And a variety of smaller areas located throughout the subdivision.
