2011 Westglen Woods Subdivision Meeting

Tuesday, May 3, 2011

- Finances were discussed. - 67 homes were behind on dues.  They will be getting a note from City and Village.  If still delinquent, we will pursue payment via the court.

- Fence projects have been completed.  Twigwood to common ground.  Twigwood to Lemonwood.  Lemonwood to Goldwood.  Statewood to Woerther.

- We will be taking bids for the replacement of the tie-wall at the park.

- We are looking at the addition of a shed to hold equipment at the ball field. We will be adding dirt to improve the infield.  We are purchasing a nail drag to keep the infield in a playable condition.

- Thank you to Ballwin's Mayor, Tim Pogue, for joining us for the meeting.

- The subdivision will sponsor a yard sale the first Saturday of June.  This will hopefully become an annual event.

- Discussed the trail project for the wooded area behind the ball field.  This is a project with the City of Ballwin.  There is no cost to our subdivision - the City is writing a grant to fund the trail.  Positive comments from everyone present.

- Trustees will meet monthly at 614 Twigwood Dr. to discuss the business of the subdivision.  Interested parties may attend.  Meetings are typically the first Sunday of the month - contact the trustees for exact date/time.

- Election results:  Trustees elected : Larry Johnson, Ross Bullington, Mike Pisoni
