Our maintenance corporation is a non-profit corporation formed for the maintenance and upkeep of the development. It is the duty of the board of the maintenance corporation to pay bills incurred by the development for upkeep including taxes, insurance, electric and water, corporate fees and all other fees associated with maintaining the upkeep, development, legality and communication of the development and enforcing the deed restrictions and requirements.
No, a civic association holds to different corporate rules than a maintenance association. We cannot use maintenance fees for financial support of social activities.
This would be a social activity and our corporate rules do not cover these types of activities.
