WHRA NEWS UPDATE

MARK YOUR CALENDARS! The annual WHRA Meeting is just around the corner. It will be held in January. You will receive the official notice in the mail shortly. A copy of the proposed WHRA 2003 BUDGER to be approved at the annual meeting in January, is coming soon from Maximum Property Management. 2003 WHRA DUES INCREASE - The 2003 WHRA quarterly dues will be increasing from $170 per quarter to $180 per quarter to cover increased expenses. The details of these expense increases will also be covered in the annual meeting in January. We will also be elected 2 new members to our WHRA Board of Directors in January to replace outgoing members. Any interested homeowners should fill out the form which they will receive from Maximum Property Management.

HOMEOWNERS DIRECTORY:
Over the past year, many homeowners have requested that we publish a Westwoods Ridge Homeowners Association directory listing all homewowners and their addresses and phone numbers. This requires that the homeowners give permission in writing for that publication. Please use the form you received with the physical copy of this newsletter, if you wish to be included in the directory. If your information is not received, you will not be included in the directory which will be published early next year.
