INDIVIDUAL LOTS:
*Owner's must maintain their lots in a neat and clean condition. No accumulations of trash, yard waste, or debris will be visisble from adjacent lots or common areas. Trash placed at the curb for collection must be covered or otherwise secured to prevent being scattered.
*Owners must not create unsightly conditions. No clotheslines, woodpiles, motorized yard maintenance equipment, or other storage will be visible from adjacent lots or common areas.
*Owners must not creat any annoyance or nuisance to adjacent lots or common areas. This includes, but is not limited to, offensice activities, bright lights, loud noises and foul odors.
*Owners must not park recreational vehicles, boats, trailers, commercial vehicles, or abandoned vehicles so they are visible from adjacent lots ot common areas. the exceoption is for emergency/temporary situations, no more than seventy-two hours in duration.
*Owners must not perform anything but "preventative maintenance" on vehicles on lots.
*Owners are encouraged to keep garage doors closed expcept when in use.
*Owners must not post signs advertising devices unless approved by WRHA. The exceptions are for typical signs advertising a house for sale/lease and typcial security signs.
*Owners must not do or keep anything on lots that will increase the WHRA insurance rates.
*Owners must comply with all laws, ordinances and regulations of all govermental bodies.
*Common areas are closed between 11:00pm and 5:00am.
*Pets must be on a leash and under the control of the owner. Owners must pick up after pets.
*NO motorized vehicles.
*Place trash in trash bins. If trash bins are not available, take your trash with you.
*Bottles, containers, or other items made of glass should be used with caution and picked up if broken.
*Model rockets/airplanes, golfing, baseball and any other activities are prohibited. The exceptions are for balsa airplanes, whiffle balls, etc. that cannot reasonably cause damage.
*Cooking fires are permited only within proper grilling equipment. Grills must be properly extinguised and fuel properly disposed.
*Non-owner sponsored, special events/group gatherings are prohibited.
*Any use of amplified equipment must be at reasonable levels.
*Users of commom areas are responsible for any and all property damage and personal injury.
*Users must comply with all laws, ordinance and regulations of all governmental bodies.
ALL IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE WESTWOODS RIDGE SUBDIVISION MUST BE CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICE SIX, ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL/DESIGN REVIEW OF "The Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of Westwoods Ridge" AND APPROVED UNDER THE CRITERIA DEFINED BELOW!
