HOMEOWNER PARKING:

We would like to encourage all homeowners to help maintain the beauty and safety of our homes in Westwoods Ridge by parking their vehicles in those BIG 2, 3 and 4 car garages that we all have. Our streets are narrow, especially with all of the cars that are parked in the street. Accidents are on the rise with the limited visibility...and...the Arvada Police Dept. states that car burglaries and thefts are reduced significantly when our cars are parked ib our garages.

COMMON AREAS & WATERING

The WHRA is installing a new sprinkler line in the main park area to improve water coverage along the north park boundary. In addition, the WHRA is subject to the "Irrigation Only Account" watering restriction. We are doing are best to keep the common areas as healthy and green as possible. Our new landscape management company is "The Green Plan". Because they are new and just getting up to speed, we ask your patience during their start up period.

WEEDS

The drought of 2002 and the wet spring of 2003 have provided the perfect growing conditions for weeds. Homeowners are responsible for controlling weeds on their property at all times, and it is a particular problem this year...especially on those homeowner lots where the landscapiong is either not started or not yet complete. Your neighbors will appreciate you efforts!
