The Whisper Hollow Homeowners Association is a mandatory association for the 129 lots that comprise the Whisper subdivision. Dues are currently $185.00 per year. The day to day management of the subdivision is contracted out to ProComm, a professional community management company. ProComm takes it's direction from the Whisper Hollow Homeowners Association Board of Directors, consisting of five elected homeowners.
The WH-HOA maintains the common areas of the subdivision, including the entryway, park, side strips, fencing, and vacant area behind Burning Trail and Brookglade homes.
