Welcome to Whispering Hills in NE Norman

The Whispering Hills subdivision is located in the North East corner of Norman Oklahoma.  With an estimated population of just over 111,000; Norman is the 3rd largest city in the state. Whispering Hills is a beautiful and quiet community in the rual area about 10 miles from the hustle and bustle of the city.  There is a large lake that is great for fishing, boating, camping, etc. lesss than 2 miles away. There is easy access to major interstates and highways.
