HERE'S HOW TO POST THIS INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE

1. Go to the Discussion Area of the Website and add a discussion.

2. In order to post an incident that has occured you will have to become a member of the Whistler's Sisters website. The coordinator of this website is the only person to have access to member information.

3. When reporting an incident please include the following:

POLICE CALLED? AND WHEN? NAME OF OFFICER THAT TOOK THE REPORT.

IF YOU DID NOT FILE A REPORT WITH THE POLICE. WHY NOT?

GUIDELINES TO FOLLOW WHEN REPORTING AND INCIDENT

1. Please do not post personal names of individuals directly or indirectly involved or affected by the incident.

3. Please include your name and phone number with the incident report to enable timely follow up.

WHAT WILL BE DONE WITH THIS INFORMATION?

The information provided on the Incident Report will be forwarded to the Community Liaison Officer of the 2nd Precinct.

If the report is confirmed Whistler's Sisters will follow up with the 2nd District Police Station to periodically to check on the status of the investigation. The status will be posted on this website as it is received.

If the report is not confirmed, or if a report was not filed, Whistler's Sisters will forward the incident report to the 2nd District Police Station and refer them to the member that filed the report.
