White Oak Hills neighborhood is at the southeast corner of Memorial Drive and Candler Road, extending south to Glenwood and east to Line Street. There are approximately 300 homes in our association which began in 2001, having spun off from a neighborhood watch program. White Oak Hills offers a diverse mix of homes and people, along with mature trees and several acres of open green space. We succeeded in indefinitely protecting 11+ acres along Memorial Drive through DeKalb County’s Greenspace Program last year.
The mission of WOHNA is “embracing our rich diversity to create a SAFE, BEAUTIFUL, WELL INFORMED community of neighbors who work together and care for each other.” We are a small but growing group of dedicated neighbors working closely with our elected officials and county service providers to maintain the natural beauty and diversity of White Oak Hills while improving safety and increasing communication and interaction among residents.
