WILDWOOD OUR NEIGHBORHOOD - OUR STREETS
We live in a neighborhood that has a variety of homes and families. Some of these homes cover a span of 20 years and at least four builders. Our homeowners come from various places and ethnicities. Wildwood families enjoy the family atmosphere here where a family can live and grow with a minimum of problems. We all share the desire to keep Wildwood an excellent place to live and play. Families are clamoring to get into Wildwood and that is how we want to keep it.
Recently there have been concerns raised about the increase of cars parking on our streets. I know some of this is due to an increase in autos in the family, the family sizes, visitors, etc. However, some of us just find it convenient to park in front of the house especially when our access to our garages and driveways is from an alley.
There are problems that arise when too many cars park on streets in residential neighborhoods. Some of them are:
Emergency vehicle access is interrupted.
Children’s safety is at risk.
Likelihood of car thefts increases.
Appearance of the neighborhood is diminished.
Why is this information being brought to the attention of all Wildwood Homeowners? So that each of us will be aware of these concerns and can do our part to minimize the effect. Please consider parking your cars in your driveway rather than on the street.

A strong neighborhood association is a plus when someone is looking to invest in a home.
