Willbrooke Subdivision is a swim - tennis community including a park in downtown Duluth, Georgia between the post office and Joan Glancy Hospital on McClure Bridge Road. Willbrooke is a planned community with covenants. The Board of Directors is made up of three to five members elected annually by the homeowners. The neighborhood contacts also include committee chairmen.
