That's a great new thread posting. I'm responding to it in this thread because I don't want Will to have a reason to arbitrarily erase it again when the cabal starts their attacks.

Don't hold your breath for answers, Will has already said he will only answer questions in a ''public forum''. He is going to be chewing those Rolaids the day of the Annual Meeting. If you speak up then they'll be able to identify you and start their smear campaign immediately. I can hear one of them screaming at you now ''We got rid of Barnes, you're next!!!''

I've got my own questions for the Board unrelated to your excellent newsletter questions.

1) Will the Board define if their website is a ''Public Forum'' or a ''Non-Public Forum''?. If the Website is a ''Non-Public Forum'' then why are the Minutes only posted there? If the Website is a ''Public Forum'' then why does the Board refuse to answer previous questions posted on this site?

2) What services are bid out? Landscaping? Pool Management? Association Management? How many bids are sought for these? Where are they published, and where can I review copies of the bids?

3) Is the Financial Audit going to be bid out, or will it be handed to a friend of the Board?

have u noticed that the same base issues arise every year? the board does something that not everyone agrees w/the same cast of characters slams them and demands an explanation then the board clams up and lets the postings get vicious at which time they delete everything and claim that no one disagrees with them. its like we are living in a monarchy. lol how predicable on both sides. weve got the royalists vs the colonialists all over again. gr8 entrtainmnt.
