Windhurst Acres Neighborhood Association
Membership
An Active Member must be an owner or resident within the boundaries that encompass the Windhurst Acres Subdivision.
An Active Member must have paid the Associations dues for the current calendar year. Only Active Members will be allowed to vote on Association business.
Annual Dues
The Annual Dues for active membership in the Association are currently set at $25.00 per year per residence.
Board of Directors and Officers
Our Association By-Laws call for a Board consisting of 7 members who are elected to one-year terms by the Active Members of the Association.
The 7-member Board consists of 4 officers: President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer.
The other 3 members of the Board chair 3 Standing Committees: Membership, Beautification & Landscaping, and Safety.
