Winding Way Community Association
The Winding Way homes have been around since the mid 1970s. Our most notable feature are our surrounding greenbelts that provide ample area for walks and play. The 213 homes, orginally painted in earth tones, have slowly been modernized over the years to a wider variety of colors. New roofs, bay windows, and block walls can now be found on many of our homes.
The Winding Way Board of Directors meets monthly to ensure that the greenbelts are a source of pride for the whole association, and that, as we modernize and improve our homes, the quality of the whole neighborhood is improved.
