Recently I heard that we will not be replacing the aphalt for our streets here.

The other day I was at a friend's house and their development's streets had been

redone and the company did an amazingly excellent job.  Because this was a low

income area I figure the owners got a good price for the work done.

Since you will be patching the asphalt for our streets here, I decided to get the

name of the asphalt company and impart it to you today.  I do this just in case

the company you may be considering may be charging more money to patch

than this company may charge and they may do a higher quality job for the

Bob, I just read your comments of over a year ago regarding laying a good layer of asphalt on our streets rather than patching it...again, and again, and again.  Did you ever get a response from this suggestion or hear back from anyone?  With Mike gone, maybe it needs to be repeated.  These roads seriously need more than a bandaid patch job...they need major surgery!  

I just found this site and noticed that most of it is very outdated.  I would prefer using this site to be kept informed rather than paying for postage, etc. to get a hard copy of needed information.  I also would like to pay online and communicate with the HOA people online.  Any ideas?
