About Our Club
Wood County Apartment Association
Legislative Representation
We represent over 4,000 rental units in Bowling Green and the surrounding area. Our focus is on City, State, and National issues that effect the apartment industry. We are members of the Ohio Apartment Association. We discuss current issues and plan courses of action at organization meetings.
Education
We provide members access to any educational programs available through the State and National associations and well as any local offerings. Fair Housing, Legal, Marketing, Resident Relations, Insurance,and other issues are discussed at our organization meetings.
Comradory
Meet and talk with fellow landlords and discuss the issues concerning apartment ownership and management that you want to talk about. What better way to learn about suppliers, contractors, and other vendors.
