Wood Creek Homeowners

We are a golf course community in Delmar, Maryland, made up of single family homes and villas. Our HOA is still controlled by the builder, but we hope to change that in the near future. We have an ad-hoc task force committee which has volunteered to serve to achieve this goal, and all news about the progress of that group will be posted here for the homeowners in Wood Creek to view and comment on. We hope this site will eventually become the central gathering point for all Wood Creek residents to learn about the community and activities therein.
