Just wanted to remind all residents that the Woodbine Improvement Association is once again active and needs new members to join the group. The Association will provide many family activities throughout the year for all to share. The new by-laws were approved by the membership and became effective on March 7, 2009. Furthermore, the Association has been moving forward with information on a possible road revitalization project. Without the Association, the city will not even entertain such a proposal. The Board recognizes that the road project is a very important issue that concerns all Woodbine residents. Therefore, members will be kept up to date with any updates the city provides.
The Association Board will conduct its first open meeting to all members near the end of April. The final date, time, and place will be announced shortly. Members are strongly encouraged to attend.
The deadline to join for this year is March 31st 2009. As of March 17, our membership has totaled 75 residents, exactly 52%.
The Woodbine Improvement Association serves the residents of the Woodbine Subdivision, located at Middlebelt and Ten Mile Rd in Farmington Hills, MI.
The Woodbine Association has re-written and approved the new by-laws as of March 7, 2009.
