Woodington is a well cared for, well maintained, neighborhood with neighbors who care about our neighborhood, and what goes on here. A Board of Directors represents all homeowners of the Woodington Homeowners Association. A main interest of the Board is to service the needs of all members of WHA, with the intent to maintain and increase the value of all properties in the neighborhood, for the neighborhood as a whole.

The "Woodington" subdivision in Greenville, SC, is governed by a Board of Directors who represent members of WHA . All dues paying lot owners in Woodington are automatically members of WHA . WHA does not accept, nor represent, non members.

The current homeowners dues is $165.00 and is due by January 31, 2010
