Special Board Meeting, August 10, 2009

Board Members:

Present: Kristin Decker; John Hopkins; and Kristine Lynch with Brian James on the Architectural Committee

Absent: Jeff Atkinson and Richard LaCroix.


Woodington Board Proceedings:

The special meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m. by President Kristine Lynch at her home.

Meeting Report:

A quorum was declared with three board members and one Architectural Committee member present.

In response to several calls of complaint and after much discussion, it was decided by a unanimous vote that a couple must move their camping trailer off of their Woodington property within 30 days of receipt of a letter from AMG.

The supporting reference for this decision is Article I, Section II of the Woodington Covenants.

The fact that the property borders five other homeowners was taken into account. Also, the Architectural Committee will be contacting this couple soon about their fence request.

Adjournment was approved: 8:00 p.m.
