The April 28, 2009, Minutes were approved with no changes.
Meeting Report:
Treasurer’s Reports through June 30, 2009, were approved but it was requested that the expenses for Laurens Electric be reviewed from at
least the past couple of years.
OLD BUSINESS:
1. Delinquency List: Motion was approved to call a WHOA special meeting in August or September to decide on prosecuting litigation against the owner of two properties that require major landscaping before they can again meet acceptable community standards
2. Trash ballots: To be accomplished by Kristin Decker by the end of the
week and then they will be mailed to all homeowners.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Recycle truck noise complaint: In response to a neighbor’s concern, Kristine Lynch reported that the sanitation companies have a legal right to come into our neighborhood due to Greenville County law.
2. It was agreed that an irrigation estimate will be secured on behalf of the Woodington entrance. The area along the fences especially requires attention. Also, a couple of small trees need to be removed
for aesthetic value.

4. Tanner Estates: A late-night pool party on Saturday, July 18th, was quite
loud until about 2:00 a.m. AMG will send a letter requesting that an
