Describe the building materials to be used (e.g. brick, wood, siding, roofing, etc.). For landscaping, describe the type of plants, especially trees (be sure to show location on survey copy):

On a copy of your survey, indicate the location (distance to property, setback and build lines) and dimensions of the proposed improvement. Also include any materials (photos, sales literature, catalogs, etc.) that may assist the committee in reviewing your request

The Architectural Committee shall not be responsible for or liable for any defects in any plans or specifications submitted, revised or approved under the “ARCHITECTURAL GUIDELINES FOR THE WOODINGTON SUBDIVISION”, nor any defects in construction pursuant to such plans and specifications. The Owner shall have sole responsibility for compliance with the restrictions and does hereby hold the Architectural Committee harmless for any failure thereof caused by the Owner’s architect, contractor or builder.
