Woodland Heights.. is located in Avon on
State Road 267 south of Rockville road in the
Avon School District..

We are a small community of 95 homes
located on 33.8 acres.
Amenitites include 8 acres of walking trails
through a wooded nature trail,
a park & a playground.

Our Mission:

Our hope is that this website will serve as an information resource
for the residents & vistors of the
Woodland Heights HOA Website.
Our goal is to provide all residents with community information along
with information about the Home Owners Assoication including other
activities occuring in the neighborhood & surrounding areas.

Our mission is to encourage communication,
provide resources & empower neighbors.
We will strive to organize information, build better
relationships & solve problems.
