"Mailbox Musts"

All mailboxes in the neighborhood must be identical!

According to association covenants, all mailboxes in the neighborhood must be identical.

Black mailboxes that meet association standards can be purchased at Lowe’s or Home Depot for $18-$25. Look for the Classic Large size premium steel mailbox series in black aluminum that are 10 7/8” H x 8 ½” W x 20 ¼” D (Model # C1600BOO)

This lettering will need to be ordered ahead of time as it will be custom to your address. You will need 3” lettering for the viewable side of your mailbox & 1” lettering for the front of your mailbox.
Letter coloring to be “Avery Beige”
Type to be “Times New Roman”

Mailbox posts:
We have chosen an Olympic solid color stain called “Granite”

This paint is available by the gallon only so please get with your neighbors & share the cost.

The Woodland Heights Association is asking all homeowners to be in compliance by October 1st, 2009
