Jobseekers can access a variety of services through Oklahomajoblink.com. As a job seeker, you can establish a self-service Internet account to manage your own job search or receive assistance from our professional staff in finding a job that matches your experience, interest and education.
Jobseekers may create a complete job resume on-line with three different available levels of disclosure by which approved access employers may view the jobseeker resume information. Jobseekers under Resume
Jobseekers may search job openings by four methods. They can search job openings by:
''Search - All Jobs'' which allows them to set criteria such as geographical location, keyword(s), salary, type of job, education level, shift, health benefits, availability of public transportation, child care provided, or temporary jobs only
''Search - By Type of Job'' which allows them to search by keyword(s) and select from a list of job classifications
''Search - Job Order ID Number'' if they know the assigned job order number
''Search - Jobs Listed by Company'' which allows them to search by the name of the company who may have job openings that match their job experience
Jobseekers can utilize the Quick Search feature on the Oklahomajoblink.com home page to preview current job openings by geographic area and appropriate keyword(s).
Jobseekers may contact employers directly about job openings for which they have an interest by reviewing the employer contact information for referral instructions. Job seekers can e-mail their JobLink resume directly to the employer who has designated that method of referral by clicking on Contact Employer at the bottom of the employer job order. A pre-designed Letter of Introduction will appear which can be completed by the jobseeker to accompany their resume. Some employers have indicated a desire to have the local employment service center screen potential jobseekers for referral to their job openings. The term ''third party contact'' will appear in the employer contact information and will require the jobseeker to contact the local employment service center prior to a referral to the job. Jobseekers who want specific assistance in registering for work, assistance in a job search, writing a resume, interviewing for a job, exploring occupational opportunities, or obtaining information on job training or related support services should visit their closest Workforce Center. Establish a self-service Internet account to manage your own job openings
search for your own candidates
Complete an application for an unemployment tax account
receive assistance from our professional staff in recruitment or a combination of both
If you would prefer, our staff can enter and manage your specific job openings.
After creating your account and entering a job order, your account must be validated by our staff before your job order is made available to job seekers. This validation is usually accomplished within 24 hours; however, please wait for 72 hours before making inquiries. If you enter an email address, we will contact you upon approval of your account. After your account has been validated you can view job seeker's resume contact information.
Registered employers may enter job openings directly into the system to be viewed by job seekers. Each position will require an individual job order. We have three classifications of job orders.
