Wynn Wood

The Wynn Wood sub-division is a large community located just outside Camden in Kent County Delaware which offers medium size lots, quality construction of lovely homes and a very nicely maintained community.

The Wynn Wood sub-development mainly consists of 182 homes located on a half acre of land each.  There are five basic models of homes ranging from 1474 sq, ft. to 2001 sq. ft.

Homes and lots are privately owned and maintained while the common area maintenance is handled through the Officers of the HOA.

The residents are multi-racial and religion with many different cultures.  Most residents are imported from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and many other areas of the country.
