A fourth-generation realtor and Westside native, Kellie Logsdon deals in luxury properties, helping people find their dream homes and enabling others to move on to a fresh start. Like her mother, top producing broker, DeDe Logsdon, Kellie provides her clientele a full service experience. From sales to leasing, she is dedicated to finding the perfect property and has valuable expertise in marketing and presenting properties for sale.

Kellie’s clients benefit from her extensive knowledge of the community, as well as her attention to detail, especially when it comes to the transactional side of real estate. The relationship that Kellie forms with her clients, as well as other producing brokers and agents, is an immeasurable asset. Licensed since 1994, Kellie began her career in residential loans, specializing in mortgages throughout the Westside. It wasn’t long after that she followed her passion and entered residential real estate.

Kellie grew up in Brentwood, attended St. Martin of Tours and Marymount schools. Her local roots, coupled with her exceptional career in real estate, provide clients with unmatched market knowledge, expertise and connections.

Kellie graduated from University of San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Busines Administration.  She holds her real estate license in California and Connecticut.
