Brian and I have lived in the neighborhood since September 1991.  We really love the central location and local / private parks.  I like to walk my Rat Terriers at the park when the weather is nice, and they love to chase the Nutria.  Some of the Nutria enjoy teasing the dogs by swimming towards them and then pushing off the embankment.  It's pretty funny.
