Residents Since the Early Days!

Rich and Melinda moved to The Meadows in the mid 80's when the east side was still bare ground and a weed patch and all the houses were painted brown with no trim. It has been a real accomplishment to help change what looked like an army barracks to the delightful area it is today and along the way we have been blessed to meet some wonderful people.

Rich spent his earliest years in Ohio and came to Longmont by way of California. Melinda was raised in Wisconsin, moved to California for a couple of years in the 60's and has been a Longmont resident since 1970. Although we both lived in California we met here in 1983.

Melinda and Rich are Realtors with one of Longmont's largest real estate firms, ERA Tradewind Real Estate.  We love the open space at The Meadows and can be seen walking in the area with our little shitzu Peaches.
