As a resident and avid member of Prospectors Point HOA and Board Committee Chairperson, we The Board welcome any new Resident to the Prospectors Point web site! Prospectors Point is a community that is growing and has made a complete face lift. Any new Resident of Prospectors Point, either a Homeowner or Tenant will find that the view alone is breath taking, and the convience to shopping at the Westminster Mall or Flat Irons Crossing or a Football Game in Boulder or a Baseball Game at Coors Field or Football Game at Mile Hi with the Broncos or hitting the highway to the mountains for a skiing adventure is just a hop skip and jump for all!!
