Welcome
The Ballard Choral Program is easily one of the most talented in the United States. Directed by Noel Weaver, the choral curriculum includes students in a Freshman Women's Choir, a Freshman Men's Choir, the Sophomore Choir, the Madrigal Singers, the a capella Singers, and the award-winning Concert Choir. Ballard consistently places a large number of student musicians in the Kentucky All-State choirs. Over the years, the choirs have performed internationally, winning awards in Vienna, Austria; Toronto, Canada; and Arnhem, Holland. The Concert Choir has performed in several of the nation's premier concert venues, including the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. and New York's Carnegie Hall.
