well i just got off the phone with sharmin at greenacre....she yelled and hung up on me. i guess she took personal offense to me requesting that we as a community be compliant with the law.
she tried to say the water was on the street and was from earlier, not true, when i placed my initial call, the sprinklers were running........
then she said the county was working on the water, not true, the county work has nothing to do with our community sprinklers
then she started rambling about a 9 volt battery and the sprinklers representing that there is some type of mechanical one time problem.... not true, we water in violation of county law all the time.......
then it was, you dont pay for the mistake green guys lawn service does- not true, we are in a drought, everyone pays for water violations , when you water during sunny hours, the water evaporates, so you are tossing money down the sewer,,,,who pays the water bill in our community.........
then she yelled at me to take it up with the board and hung up
so green guy landscapers screws up again.....and i get yelled at by a woman that supposedly is working for us in a managerial capacity......WOW!
i am so offended.....the fact that my request was taken as a personal affront and then i was spoken to like that is ridiculous
sounds like sharmin works for green guy, not me ! so beware, it sounds like we cant even call the company we pay to take our calls ! awesome !
makes me want to start calling everyday with issues and actthe way they treated me........
so board, greenacre says take it up with you........................can we be complaint of the water laws, if we see the community sprinklers on do we just call and report green guy????????????????????
Can someone in charge take the initiative to have the common area sprinklers reset to go off during the allotted time already??? I'm sure someone will say it's the landscapers or the property managements responsibility but if the community gets fined for it-it will have to be paid by the community! And yes I hand water when I shouldn't but if I get fined-I'll have to pay, not the community! Thank you...........
