I saw the vigalante committe out directing traffic on North Chadwick, so I went down to Charing Cross and observed.  Folks you are going to have to get a police officer out here during this 5:30 race if you can't get more speed humps because even residents are speeding.  Shame on you!!  Hiw thoughtless!

Those ladies and gentlemen are to be commend.  The speeders are the ones I called thoughtless.

I saw a big blue truck (not a reference to UK) speed down the street and turn in just a few houses further down N. Chadwick from where I was parked.  Nice way to treat your neighbors fella. 

I even saw the mayor walking down the street writing down something as cars went by.  I hope he was getting plate numbers.  This is pure old lawlessness on the part of some of these dunderheads and they need to be horsewhipped, but since that can't be done, let's just ostracize them.

I don't know why Larry can't get the police out here at 5:30 and get these lawbreakers cited for reckless driving or wanton endangerment.
