City of Bellemeade

I apologize for starting a new post - but I was reading through and realized that there are so many posts about this I wasn't sure which one to pick.

From my understanding, the people in this neighborhood signed a piece of paper stating that they wanted speed humps?  Do you have to be present at the meeting for this?  I never saw any such paper.

Please advise.

Those living on Bellemeade Road were contacted and offered a chance to sign a petition that was presented to the Commission. They went well over the 70% requirement.

I live on Woodcleft and am not able to leave the neighborhood without driving over a speed bump.  I think we should have been able to petition it as well. 

I understand that but the regulations require the petition by property owners on the actual street for which the speed humps are proposed.
