City of Bellemeade

At first I thought you were right about being included in the petition process.  But can you not come out of Woodcleft, turn left onto Bellemeade Road, turn right on Charing Cross and exit onto Whipps Mill Road without having to cross a speed hump?  Please correct me if I am wrong.

 

The law does require that anyone who is directly affected by having no other route available with out crossing a speed hump must be included in the process.  These are some TALL speed humps over here!  They sure rattle your teeth if you don't slow down.

What do you think about how the City Commission threw you a bone instead of the roast?  Do you thik the Commission should be spending tax money to plant trees on private property and neglect the safety of your chidren?
