We make exceptions all the time. On Derby, cars are parked differently because of parties, etc. I think Bellemeade was just fine over July 4th. In fact, I've only heard of two complaints from the entire neighborhood.
Regarding seatbelts, even if I was wearing one and your SUV hit me, there would still be an ambulance picking up pieces - so it's the same. I just don't like my own choice being taken away. |

No, because righteous indignation is based on perceived damage, not real damage. And, if the harm was other than accidental; i.e., intentional with malice or wanton endangerment, it would also be a criminal offense would it not?
Where you get "the question remains" from?
