We also got a new watch leader that night, but I have seen little or no improvement over when MEM was mayor and town marshal. By the way, I nearly got hit this afternoon at Charing Cross and North Chadwick when a car doing well above the speed limit went through the stop sign without slowing down. The speed humps didn't phase him one iota because they are too short and too far apart and too few. Another of MEM's bad decisions.
