Welcome

The Blueridge Subdivision Homeowner's Association was chartered on June 20, 1989 as a not for profit Corporation.

The Association was organized to provide an entity for the operation of the residential properties in Blueridge Subdivision. It has the following powers:

To make and collect assessments against members to maintain, repair, replace, and operate the Association property.

To purchase insurance on the Association property and to protect the Association and its members.

To make and amend reasonable regulations respecting the use of the property in the Development.

To enforce, by legal means, the provisions of the Declaration, the Charter, the Bylaws, and the regulations for the use of the property in the Development.

All funds and the title to all properties owned by the Association shall be held in trust for the members.
