Cedar Cove II is a 68-unit covenant-controlled condominium complex built in 1996-2000, consisting of 30 condo-style units and 38 townhome-style units, adjacent to Cedar Cove I Condominiums, near the corner of Mississippi and Peoria in Aurora, Colorado.
