I have another possibly irrelevant question: Did this happen in Woodlawn Park or on Washburn? As I understand it, Washburn isn't in Woodlawn Park. Not that trouble couldn't find it's way over a block, but I don't think the Chief can patrol outside the city.

The Prowler/Stalker happened in Woodlawn Park on Monday 03-16-09 at approximately 9:30pm.  As of right now there is no information, that was reported earlier on this site, of a rape on Washburn Avenue.

The description of the Prowler/Stalker from information I received is a male subject, 6 foot plus, no race as of now.

It could be, according to the Victim's mother, that a person was in the bushes and trying to gain entry into her next door neighbors home when her daughter walked up on the neighbor's porch.

Why not direct information to Office Carter immediately?  Why wait on Metro?  Get the info out as fast as possible, might avoid another incident.  By the way, it's everyones responsibility to pass on reports in the quickest method. That's my 2 cents and if you don't want to participate in helping the community be a safer place,  that's your choice.
