We are having our usual June meeting, and then then next one will be in September.

Palm Tree Removal and Trimming

We are having eleven palm trees removed this week, because they are causing problems with the roofs when they are being trimmed. Some of them were also becoming a danger to the nearby buildings. We still have about a hundred left, so you should not really notice the difference.

Our Roofer is here this Week

Our ongoing maintenance plan for the roofs is being conducted this week. Eight units are being recoated, and any repairs that are needed. They will be back in November or April to recoat seven more, and of course any repairs that crop up.
